The newborn window is short and it does not negotiate. The Hush is built around that: we hold a slot from your due date rather than a fixed date, and confirm the exact day once you are home and settled.
The session itself runs two to four hours, which surprises people. Most of that is not photography — it is feeding, settling, warming and waiting. Newborn work that is rushed looks rushed, so we do not rush it.
Posing is limited to settled, supported positions. Parents and siblings are photographed in the same session, and everything the baby touches is sanitised between bookings.

Parents in the final weeks of pregnancy, or in the first fortnight after birth.
If that does not describe you, say so when you get in touch. We would rather point you at the right package — or at a single session — than sell you the wrong one.
